Ageing at sea

Each crossing reduces the carbon footprint and offers dynamic aging for the rum, thanks to the sea movements that increase contact between the rum and the barrel, accelerating aging for a more intense taste. Carried aboard the sailboat Grain de sail II, each bottle tells the story of a unique crossing between the West Indies and Brittany.
