Our chocolate production workshop operates from Monday to Friday. Consequently, the chocolate-making facilities will not be running during the Saturday gallery tours. However, screens in the viewing gallery will allow you to watch the machines in action via video.
In hot weather, remember to bring a cooler to transport your chocolate creations and purchases.

The visitor walkway is an immersive tour that allows you to discover the history of Grain de Sail and the chocolate-making process, as well as observe our production area.
The “Labo Tablettes” is a participatory workshop where you create your own chocolate bars. This package also includes access to the visitor gallery.
During the workshop, you will create your own chocolate bars (milk or dark) with guidance from our team. Once your creations are finished, you can continue your experience by exploring the visitor gallery.
Yes! At the end of the workshop, you leave with the chocolate bars you made.
Yes. The viewing gallery is accessible independently of the Tablet Lab
The Tablet Lab automatically includes access to the tour gallery. The two experiences are therefore offered together.
If you are looking for an even more immersive experience, the Chocolate Bar Workshop is for you. In addition to getting a behind-the-scenes look at our chocolate factory via the viewing gallery, you become an active participant by making your own chocolate bars to take home with you.

Yes. From the viewing gallery, you can look out over our production area where Grain de Sail chocolates are made. Depending on the activity in the workshop at the time of your visit, you may be able to observe various stages of the manufacturing process.
Yes, photography is permitted in the visitor gallery. We simply ask that you follow the guidelines provided by our team.
During the summer months, we recommend bringing an insulated bag or a cooler to transport your chocolates under optimal conditions.

Tablet Lab (workshop + gallery): approximately 1 hour 30 minutes
For the workshops, we recommend arriving at the time indicated on your ticket.
For a self-guided tour of the gallery, if you book a morning ticket, you can arrive between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.; for an afternoon ticket, between 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
If the visitor arrives late, access to the workshop may be denied, and the tickets will be forfeited. No rescheduling or refunds are possible.
