Terms of delivery

For orders placed from France, packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days* of receipt of payment. Packages are dispatched with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

When certain orders are really substantial in terms of weight (over 30 kg) or price, our carriers are unable to offer their services. If this is the case, we suggest you divide your order in 2 to benefit from full transport services.

We are committed to ensuring that your parcel is delivered to you without risk of loss or damage, and to paying particular attention to fragile items.

Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected.

For delivery to a different address, simply tick the “different delivery address” box and enter the recipient’s address.

In the case of deliveries to relay points where parcels have not been collected on time, the customer will be invoiced for the reshipment of the goods.

Customers living in Corsica will be charged an additional fee of up to €30. We do not currently deliver to French overseas departments and territories or outside France from this site.

Click & Collect. You can place your order on our website and collect your parcel directly from our Morlaix torrefaction boutique, 4 route du bas de la rivière, Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Our team will inform you when your order is ready.
