Description

Guatemalan coffee – Quetzalito – Huehuetenango

Quetzalito is a coffee produced in the famous Huehuetenango region of Buenos Aires by an association of local growers. The cherries come from the Bourbon, Typica, Caturra and Catuaí varieties. Most of the farms are located at an altitude of 1900m.

The process in a few words: harvesting is manual and selective; after a 12-hour fermentation period, the coffees are left to dry on patios for 8 to 10 days; then they are processed.

A new coffee, extremely clean, with the characteristic profile of this terroir, and produced entirely organically.
